Attendance & Payment Policy

​

• Parents are paying for the child’s spot, not their attendance. If a child is absent due to illness, or any other reason, the weekly payment must still be made to secure their place unless it’s a vacation, then a discussion will take place to secure their spot

• Consistent attendance is encouraged to ensure children benefit fully from our program.

• Parents must notify us in advance if their child will be absent.

Pick-Up Policy

​

• Only authorized individuals listed on the child’s registration form are permitted to pick up the child. Proper identification may be required.

• Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.

Behavior & Discipline

​

• We use positive reinforcement and age-appropriate guidance strategies to encourage good behavior.

• Harsh discipline or physical punishment is strictly prohibited.

• If behavioral concerns arise, we will work closely with parents to develop a supportive plan.

• We believe in open communication and provide regular updates on each child’s progress.

• Parents are encouraged to reach out with any concerns, feedback, or questions to ensure the best experience for their child.
