Attendance & Payment Policy

Parents are paying for the child’s spot, not their attendance. If a child is absent due to illness, or any other reason, the weekly payment must still be made to secure their place unless it’s a vacation, then a discussion will take place to secure their spot

Consistent attendance is encouraged to ensure children benefit fully from our program.

Parents must notify us in advance if their child will be absent.
Pick-Up Policy

Only authorized individuals listed on the child’s registration form are permitted to pick up the child. Proper identification may be required.

Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.
Behavior & Discipline

We use positive reinforcement and age-appropriate guidance strategies to encourage good behavior.

Harsh discipline or physical punishment is strictly prohibited.

If behavioral concerns arise, we will work closely with parents to develop a supportive plan.
Communication & Parent Involvement

We believe in open communication and provide regular updates on each child’s progress.

Parents are encouraged to reach out with any concerns, feedback, or questions to ensure the best experience for their child.
